IFSCA Grade A Admit Card 2024 and Exam Date
IFSCA Grade A 2024 Notification for phase 1 examination has been released by The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) for recruitment to various posts under Group A category. According to the official announcement, the phase 1 exam is going to be held in September, 2024. IFSCA Grade A Vacancy
The 15 vacancies are divided between the General stream (13 vacancies) and the Legal stream (2 vacancies). The category-wise distribution includes 6 vacancies for Unreserved, 4 for OBC, 2 for SC, 1 for ST, and 2 for EWS candidates.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed as Officer Grade A and will undergo a two-year probation period. The pay scale starts at Rs. 44,500, with increments as per the IFSCA norms. Additionally, officers will receive various allowances and benefits, including medical expenses and educational allowances.
Selection Process and Exam Pattern
The selection process for IFSCA Recruitment involves three stages: Phase I (online screening examination), Phase II (online examination), and Phase III (interview).
Phase I Examination:
- The exam consists of two papers.
- Paper 1 includes questions on General Awareness (with emphasis on the financial sector), English language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Test of Reasoning.
- Paper 2 focuses on stream-specific subjects, with separate content for candidates applying to the General or Legal streams.
- Both papers are multiple-choice and each lasts 60 minutes.
- Negative marking of 1/4th of the assigned marks applies to incorrect answers.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 30% for Paper 1 and 40% for Paper 2.
Phase II Examination:
- Similar to Phase I, with two papers: Paper 1 (English Descriptive Test) and Paper 2 (subject-specific MCQs).
- Both papers are 60 minutes long.
- Negative marking applies to Paper 2.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 30% for Paper 1 and 40% for Paper 2.

How to Download IFSCA Admit Card?
Registered candidates can download their IFSCA admit cards for the Phase I examination. The admit cards were released on August 20, 2024, and can be accessed via the official IFSCA website at www.ifsca.gov.in. Candidates need to use their registration number/roll number and password/date of birth to download the admit card. It is mandatory to bring a physical copy of the admit card to the exam center, as it is a crucial document for entry.
