Senior Consultants:
A total of 22 vacancies are available across these positions. Each role offers a unique opportunity for professionals to leverage their expertise in areas such as IT, data analysis, human resources, and management.
ESIC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Young Professional:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or Mathematics from a recognized university.
Consultant Grade-1:
This post is for Data Analysis/Analytics. A Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or Mathematics, with relevant industry experience in data analysis, KPIs, and BI solutions.
Consultant Grade-1:
This post is for Establishment or Administration. An MBA in Human Resources (regular) from a recognized university, with 3-8 years of relevant experience in Government/PSU sectors.
Consultant Grade-2:
A Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science/IT with industry certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CISM, and 8-15 years of experience in network and infrastructure consultancy.
Senior Consultant:
An ICT-Management and Technology Profile can apply for this post. A Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering with an MBA, and 15+ years of experience in managing e-governance projects.
Age Limit
- Young Professional: Maximum age of 32 years.
- Consultant Grade-1: Maximum age of 45 years.
- Consultant Grade-2: Maximum age of 50 years.
- Senior Consultant: Maximum age of 62 years.
Salary Structure:
The ESIC Recruitment selected candidates will be offered a competitive salary, ranging from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 3,30,000 per month, depending on the position:

| Consultant Grade-1 | Rs. 80,000 to 1,45,000 per month |
| Consultant Grade-2 | Rs. 1,45,000 to 2,65,000 per month |

Contractual Tenure:
The selected ESIC Recruitment candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis for a maximum period of 2 years, extendable by one more year in exceptional cases. The overall duration of the engagement will not exceed three years.
